Bootcamp Classes
“Boot Camps” are most often associated with the military. In recent years, physical fitness boot camps have evolved to offer non-service people a way to burn calories and have a total and efficient workout. These martial arts (military) boot camps are designed to be intense and get results quickly, and efficiently.
Our Circuit Training facility will have you in shape in no time. If you have been unsuccessful in the past with your workout regimens, perhaps it is time to kick it up a notch with our rigorous and invigorating circuit training.
At our Staten Island location, you will be with like-minded people who are looking for similar impacts. They have all made the decision that enough is enough and it is time to dig in and get serious. This creates a challenging atmosphere of teamwork and support that many of our clients have come to appreciate.

What should you expect? Well, at first you will be encouraged to make sure your joints and muscles are adequately warmed up to help protect you from injury. You will then be challenged by stimulating exercises that emulate activities like hiking, running, jumping, and going through an obstacle course to increase endurance. You will be exposed to jump ropes, exercise bands and other means to gain strength. Plymoetrics (aka: Jump training) is used to make sure that your muscles are exerting their optimum force. Our boot camp will get your heart pounding, and your sweat flowing. Most importantly it will build your physical confidence and help you reach your ultimate goals.
All the while, you will also be learning technique and form, how to breathe correctly and how to relax. You will be able to lose body fat and poundage. Some of the lesser obvious results are the confidence you will build in yourself and your ability to be able to take control of other facets in your life.
